What it is and how it works

The Bowl-A-Thon is a turnkey fundraising opportunity for local charities and non-profit organizations to raise much-needed monies without the risks and costs inherent in such undertakings.

The Event

The event is open to non-profits and to local businesses that wish to enjoy the event while contributing to a designated charity of their choice.

Each five-person team will bowl three games. Every bowler will receive a dinner catered by Crosby's, and the full bar will be available with adult and youth beverages!

The event begins at 1:00 p.m.

Each participating organization - be it a non-profit or a business - pays a $250 entry fee for its team, then solicits its own sponsorships, using whatever method it wishes:

A Business...

A Non-profit...

Might ask its bowlers and employees to solicit pledges from friends and neighbors for charities of their choice.

Might ask its bowlers and members to solicit pledges from friends, from neighbors and from its donor list.

The Raffle

Each participating non-profit organization receives a roll of 2000 raffle tickets to sell for it's own benefit.

The charity keeps the proceeds - We furnish the raffle prizes

The charity will retain 100% of all funds raised
through pledges and sales of raffle tickets!

- Plus possible "pin" prize money won by their bowlers -
